General Description: A fairly normal representation of her people; Khinoe is the type to think of herself as nothing special. This isn't a sign of any sort of self esteem issues; she's just never been the type to care about who is better than someone else in a physical sense; a sign of her fairly young age in terms of her people. She hasn't quite worked up a taste for the physical aspects of life yet. Tall and lean like all her people; she has an athletic build, much like a runner or a climber; which is appropriate given her life is spent high in the mountains where climbing is required. Her tail is almost as long as her body, fluffy and thick to act as a counter weight so that she never looses her balance while moving or leaping. Dual sets of claws work n tandem; dull permanently extended claws used for the majority of her climbing and movements, while sharper, thinner dew claws catch the smallest ledges and hold fast. Golden color of her eyes worked to enhance the amount of light gathered, allowing her to see perfectly well in the dark, and making it to where she can see with such crystal clarity that she can see anything she is able to stand and move on in her mountain home.

About You:

History: What is there to tell of a creature that has lived a simple life? Born an only child, she spent her formative years following in her mother's footsteps; her father was a large alpha male that held power over several territories and never had time to stay with any of his 'children'. Her mother was kind, but strict, to survive in their world world you had to learn early or you died young. Hunting, climbing, territorial scenting, etc; she was a master of survival by her 15th year. Her mother allowed her to stay near by for longer then most; being an only child and the only one of her children that remained in the area, there was enough food for them to share, so long as Khinoe was hunting for herself, and sharing larger kills.

This lasted until her mother went into her next heat and begun carrying her next litter; that was the final straw that forced Khinoe from her mother's territory and into one of her own. It is fairly small, but enough for her; far from the larger of her race that would bully and subjugate her. The way of the leopard; live alone, or beg for favor of a larger, more powerful territory ruler. That wasn't her style, nor her taste. She was willing to take a less favorable territory to remain free. Luckily for her, the territory had a small lake that was full of winter fish, she was able to supplement the lack of large game with a plentiful supply of fish.

She's remained in her peaceful solitude for the entirety of her adulthood; she has no need nor real want for company or exploration; although she is not antisocial. She is really friendly enough, she just doesn't seek company most of the time.
