History: Born a slave in Trinidad, Adewale's early life was nothing spectacular. His family worked on a french plantation, harvesting sugar, coffee and cotton for thier masters, a wealthy family of the surname Du-Ponte. While he himself was just another worker to his masters, his parents were leaders among the workers; hard working people, those whom would help others in need.  It was only natural that the other workers asked them to settle disputes, to 'govern' them to a degree. The couple
